The following links provide resources, information, and support that may be useful for patients with cancer and their caregivers. Some of the organizations listed on this page have received support from Amgen, but the organizations operate independently of Amgen. Caregiver Support


CancerCare provides free professional support services to those affected by a cancer diagnosis and their caregivers. Services include resource navigation, counseling and support groups over the phone, online and in-person, educational workshops, publications and financial and co-payment assistance.

The LUNGevity Caregiver Resource Center

The LUNGevity Caregiver Resource Center has resources available to help caregivers take care of their loved ones as well as themselves. Here you can find ways to ask for help from family and friends, get support from other caregivers, and get help and advice with practical and end-of-life issues.

ZERO Cancer

When someone you love is diagnosed with prostate cancer you may find that you quickly have to become an information specialist, a financial advisor, medical translator, and a source for emotional support. ZERO Cancer provides tips and resources for being a caregiver.

Small Cell Lung Cancer (SCLC) Resources


LUNGevity offers information about Small Cell Lung Cancer, including types of Small Cell, treatment options, questions to ask your doctor, and how to find your community.

LUNGevity offers a large online network of support and in-person survivorship programs for all people affected by lung cancer.

GO2 Foundation for Lung Cancer

You can contact GO2 Foundation for Lung Cancer for free one-on-one support, educational materials, guidance on screening, treatment and clinical trial information, referrals and other resources to help you and your loved ones.

GO2 Foundation for Lung Cancer offers access to educational materials, support, community engagement and information related to Small Cell Lung Cancer.

Lung Cancer Foundation of America

Lung Cancer Foundation of America works to raise the public’s awareness and serve as a resource for patients or anyone seeking answers, hope, and access to treatment information, scientific investigation, and clinical trials. Lung Cancer Foundation of America provides information about Small Cell Lung Cancer, how it’s treated, and research that’s currently underway.

LiveLung (part of the Dusty Joy Foundation)

Since 2010, LiveLung has been on a mission to advance lung cancer education, early detection and compassion for people impacted by lung cancer. They offer educational and support materials.

Cancer Support Community

Cancer Support Community, including its Gilda’s Club affiliates, provides free support and navigation services to patients and families.

Neuroendocrine Prostate Cancer (NEPC) Resources

ZERO Cancer

The End of Prostate Cancer has a mission to end prostate cancer and help all who are impacted. ZERO advances research, provides support, and creates solutions to achieve health equity to meet the most critical needs of our community.

The Prostate Health Education Network

The Prostate Health Education Network’s mission is to eliminate disparities in prostate cancer treatment and to increase the overall support and resources offered to all men at risk of prostate cancer.


MaleCare offers a range of support groups that address important issues for men with prostate cancer and their families.

The National Alliance of State Prostate Cancer Coalitions (NASPCC)

The National Alliance of State Prostate Cancer Coalitions (NASPCC) is a nation-wide organization comprised of state prostate cancer coalitions dedicated to enhancing the quality of life of prostate cancer patients and their families, through awareness and education and the development of a public policy network.

Prostate Cancer Foundation

Prostate Cancer Foundation offers informational guides to help patients and families make important decisions.
